2002 Keystone Cougar 281 5th wheel in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota

Up for auction is a xxxx Keystone Cougar 281 5th wheel sold strictly by bid via online auction.  Register to bid at recreationalsalvage.com.  This camper comes to us due to a tree falling on it.  The broken windows have been replaced.  The damage consists of the roof and skylights.
FRONT: The graphics are faded and peeling, there are scratches from top to bottom.
 LEFT: The Lower siding in the front is loose and coming off, there are rub marks all over the front, the slide out works as it should. There is a spot on the roof line above the slide out that the siding is ripped back and bent.
REAR: There is no visible damage.
RIGHT: There is a dent on the lower siding by the door, the stairs are bent, the lock on the door is missing.
ROOF: The are a few soft spots and there is a stick going through the roof in the front.  One of the sky lights is covered up by a piece of ply wood.
INSIDE: The carpet is stained and the ceiling vent cover has fallen off.  The lens for the lights are all missing and there is a crack in the ceiling in the front room on the left side. The big sky light in the bathroom is broken out and covered up.
***Our address is incorrect on certain map sites.  Directions are as follows:  Please head East on Highway 10 out of Detroit Lakes.  After you come to the 65 mph speed limit sign we are then the second right off of Highway 10 just past Oxcart Trail.
